"Hosanna Hosanna"

Dr. Tracy Brown, RScP, Our Speaker

11am, Sanctuary and Livestream on Facebook

In the Christian tradition, Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week. In the Unity Movement we can take up the last week of Jesus life as a reminder that when we say we welcome all that life has to offer, we must embrace every situation with the expectation of the Highest and Best outcome. The Lenten season is a perfect time to replace attachments, weakness, separation, sadness, fear, and limited perceptions with self-determination and self-empowerment. Let us live from the home of Peace within and be guided by Christ-Consciousness to victory in all areas of our lives. Jesus already showed us the way.

About Dr. Tracy:

Guided by Spirit. Groomed to serve. Glazed in the fire of business. Generous with her time and talents. Grown through prayer. This is Tracy Brown.

Resurrection – did Jesus really rise up from the dead? Is it just a metaphor or did it really happen? What does the Easter story mean to me? Let’s talk about the probability, the possibility and the potentiality of resurrection and how that applies to my life now.

YOUR COMMUNITY

Opportunities and Upcoming Events

PLEASE NOTE: Due to construction in/under the

Administration Building, Common Grounds will not be meeting this Sunday, April 13, 2025. We look forward to seeing you next week!

Join us for a contemplative candlelight service of prayer, chanting, and song. Our Spring Taizé service will be held on Thursday evening, April 17, at 7:00pm in the Sanctuary. Come and be renewed.

Why become a member of Unity of Arlington?

Membership is not required for attending services or serving at Unity of Arlington. However, we encourage it as a way for an individual to commit to his or her own spiritual growth, and make meaningful connections with other like-minded people in faith. We'd love to have you join us as a member!

  • Becoming a member confirms to you and your spiritual community that you are committed to living a life of love, abundance, and meaning.

  • It affirms a sense of commitment to personal spiritual growth, ownership of your individual beliefs and a willingness to make a difference.

  • Membership at Unity of Arlington helps to transform any old feelings of “not belonging.” Many of us arrive at Unity from other traditions having searched for a place where we feel at home. Embracing membership affirms, “I belong!”

  • Committing to membership is a public affirmation that says “I walk my talk” setting an example for others in living a positive life.

  • Only members can participate in voting on important church matters.

  • You become a part of the growing group of people who are living consciously and actively making a difference in the world.

Membership classes are required to become a member and attendance is required at both classes. You do not have to join to attend these classes.

Current members are welcome to attend.

Our small group ministry at Unity of Arlington is called "SpiritGroups." We have several SpiritGroups that form 3 times a year and each session runs about 10 weeks, but in particular we have a group for those individuals who are new to Unity and it is always open for you to join.

The word of God is quick and powerful.... Through Christ in you, you can live life triumphantly and victoriously." Myrtle Fillmore told her, "You are a peacemaker." Charles Fillmore stated: "Jesus Christ men (and everyone) are to be lights that glow with a perpetual current from the omnipresent energy." Join in as we "Let our Lights Shine" for the Highest Good for all!
