Advent Week 4: LOVE

"All You Need is Love"

11 am, Rev. Lari Goold

Guest Speaker

Sanctuary & Livestream

It’s no accident that the symbol for love is a heart.  Love doesn’t come from the head!  Imagine a world where everyone came from the heart first and then used our heads!  John Lennon wrote about such a world when he asked us to imagine.  Let’s talk about how we can bring that imagination into a real world.

About Rev. Lari:

Rev Lari Goold is a frequent guest speaker here at Unity of Arlington. After retiring as senior minister for a Centers for Spiritual Living Center in Irving 7 years ago, she continues wearing her ministerial cap through guest speaking, leading a spiritual study group and serving wherever asked to serve.

She is also a wife, mother of 2, grandmother of 4 and friend to many. As a former piano teacher, she is passionate about music; as former youth advisor in her church, she is passionate about teaching young people truth principles.

A Prayer for Children:

Inner Peace

by Rev. Adriana Segovia

In prayer, we can help enliven their innate strength and wisdom as well as our own. As we center in peace, all fears and doubts dissipate. A Truth bigger than our fears reassures us that we are beings anchored in peace.

By spending time with children in affirmative prayer, you can encourage them to assert the power within them. This action supports them during times of distress.
