"Resilience and Resistance"
Dr. Tracy Brown, RScP, Guest Speaker
11am, Sanctuary and Livestream on Facebook
Too often we limit our reflections on love to soft, warm, quiet, joyful behavior. What does love look like when we are in the middle of a personal crisis, a pandemic or political polarity? Tracy Brown invites us to consider that resilience is a result of self-love and resistance is an expression of a commitment to love the community as well as yourself. She will share a roadmap for navigating tough times provided by Black women in America that perfectly aligns with Unity Principle and universal spiritual Truth.

Activate your spirituality. Join our small group ministry.
Our small group ministry at Unity of Arlington is called "SpiritGroups." We have several SpiritGroups that form 3 times a year and each session runs about 10 weeks, but in particular we have a group for those individuals who are new to Unity and it is always open for you to join.
You do not have to be local or a member at Unity of Arlington to attend a group (we can meet via Zoom, if necessary). We'd love to have you join us!
SpiritGroups provide a place for deeper connection with people. It's a great place to make friends. You can grow and learn together, have an impact on your community, all while having fun and hanging out with friends.
When you join a SpiritGroup you know they’ll be there for you on a weekly basis providing spiritual support for one another. When facing the challenges and opportunities that come with evolving growth, being in a SpiritGroup can provide comfort and empowerment.
If you would like to sign up, please click the button below. For further details contact Glenda Thompson, glenda.thompson74@att.net, 817.584.3106.

Why Is Black History Month So Important?
Black History Month is a launchpad for cultural, spiritual, and historical understanding of African Americans and unity in America.
As Unity observes and celebrates Black History Month, some of its Black leaders explain why Black History Month remains important, especially in a spiritual context.

A Solo Trip and
Unexpected Experience
by Tawanda Lawrence, Ph.D.
I love to travel the world and usually go on trips with a travel partner or a group, but I’ve discovered exploring a new place as a single traveler allows me to focus on my own experience and better feel and rely upon God’s guiding presence. Last March, I went on my first international solo trip from the United States to Brazil, and it turned out to be a transformational experience.

Little Free Library
Please support our connection with our community through our Little Free Library by bringing book donations (teen, fiction, non-fiction, spiritual, self help). Children's books are especially needed. Donation area available Sundays.

The Board of Trustees has made the decision to temporarily pause our Youth and Family Ministries Program.
We ask for everyone’s support while we make space for a robust program with a focus on Unity curriculum development and family engagement. In the interim, we welcome and encourage the children to attend church with their families. We are providing art tablets, books, crayons and markers in the sanctuary.
