Join us for coffee and lite bites before Sunday Service. Drop by the Administration Building between 10:00 and 10:45am and meet other folks, connect, and enjoy a cup of coffee. We look forward to seeing you there!

Dynamic Mobility Class

This new 45-minute class is designed especially for seniors. It includes a flow of balance exercise, strength training and gentle yoga poses. The class is led by Tana Monaco, who has over 10 years of group fitness teaching experience. Classes will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Garden Lane Center beginning Tuesday, July 8th. Participants need to bring: yoga mat, water, and one pair of hand weights. Recommended hand weight range: 1 lb. (beginner) but no more than 4 lbs. (intermediate-advanced).

CLASSES AND BOOK STUDIES

Unity of Arlington has regular weekly book studies and classes.

The Tuesday book study,

facilitated by Rev. Gloria Cox, started a new book on July 8.

The Tuesday Book Study sessions are from 1:30-3:00pm via zoom.

"Understanding Your Soul: The Channeled Wisdom Of Jesus", a new Unity book, by Christine M. Bush invites readers to journey toward self-discovery. It offers a compassionate guide to understanding life's challenges, soul lessons and the pursuit of inner peace in the face of physical chaos in our outer world. It shows us how to love even those who appear to be unlovable. It says our souls have chosen to be on earth at this time for personal and global reasons. Every thought we have contributes to the consciousness that envelops all beings on earth.  

NO PREP REQUIRED because we read and discuss during our time together on Zoom.
