Resources for Pet Lovers

Pets hold a special place in our hearts, offering unconditional love, comfort, and joy. They are more than just companions; they are teachers, healers, and sources of spiritual connection. Whether you’re seeking solace after the loss of a beloved pet, exploring the ways pets enrich our lives, or looking to deepen your bond with your furry friends, our collection of resources is here to support you.

CLASSES AND BOOK STUDIES

Dynamic Mobility Class

This 45-minute class is designed especially for seniors. It includes a flow of balance exercise, strength training and gentle yoga poses. The class is led by Tana Monaco, who has over 10 years of group fitness teaching experience. Classes are underway at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Garden Lane Center. Participants need to bring: yoga mat, water, and one pair of hand weights. Recommended hand weight range: 1 lb. (beginner) but no more than 4 lbs. (intermediate-advanced).

The Tuesday Book Study sessions are from 1:30-3:00pm via zoom.
