Advent Week 1: HOPE
“Hope Sees the Unseen”
11am, Rev. Anne Tabor
Sanctuary & Livestream
Harnessing the power of hope isn’t about blind positivity. It’s your soul’s deepest knowing that the story—whatever it is—can change for the better. And rest assured, it doesn’t have to be “rational” because the upside to hope is way too revolutionary to let it slip away! Join Rev. Anne for the first Sunday of Advent as we explore how a glimmer of hope can inspire our faith to expand when we need it most.

Christmas Poinsettia Gift of Love
Would you like an opportunity to beautify our sanctuary for the Christmas season and honor someone at the same time?
Consider contributing a gift of love to someone who has touched your life in the following ways: A memorial, celebration, milestone, gift of love, gift of gratitude, or something other.
Beginning Sunday, November 26th, we will take orders for poinsettias to decorate the sanctuary during December. A love donation of $20.00 is suggested for each poinsettia. Cash or check will be accepted.
Envelopes and tags will be available during the service for the next 3 Sundays. Or you may send your donation to: Unity of Arlington, 3525 S Bowen Rd, Arlington, TX 76016
Please let us know the name of your honoree and a short note you would like to include with your poinsettia.
Your tag will be tied to the poinsettia and displayed in the sanctuary during December. After the holidays, please take your poinsettia home and enjoy after the Christmas Eve morning service on the 24th of December.
For more details, please contact Lori Foster: 817/235-4303 (cell)

Give Thanks for All Things
by
Rev. Teresa Burton
Gratitude is easier when we’re surrounded by loved ones and a table full of food. It’s more of a reach when we’re surrounded by cranky strangers and exhausted others who, despite their desire to help us, are frustrated by circumstances often beyond their control.

Reverend Anne Tabor, M.Div., is available by appointment for spiritual counseling sessions at Unity of Arlington in a safe and supportive environment. As an ordained Unity minister, Rev. Anne, offers spiritual counseling to individuals seeking a deeper under-standing of themselves and their divine power within to solve life's challenges. Spiritual counseling can help if there is a need for inspiration, crisis support, or healing in any area of your life. Prayer and meditation are an integral part of Unity's spiritual principles, and an essential practice in realizing the answers we seek. We believe in the transformative power of affirmative prayer. You are a unique expression of God. Spiritual counseling will remind you of that!
Spiritual counseling is offered on a love offering basis. While no specific fee is expected or suggested, we do invite each person to leave a love offering. For more details, please call the church office 817-467-5151.
