You can’t experience the fall season in North Texas without visiting the State Fair of Texas. Wait. What? You’ve never been to the Fair? Or you haven’t been yet this year? Well, that’s okay. Tracy will fill you in on five spiritual lessons you can learn by going to this annual event that celebrates all things Texan.

About Dr. Tracy:
Dr. Tracy Brown is the author of more than a dozen books, including her most recent: Stained Glass Spirit: Becoming a Spiritual Community Where Oneness Does Not Require Sameness. She has practiced and taught New Thought spirituality for more than 35 years, beginning at Unity Dallas.
Two fun facts about Dr. Tracy: #1: She is the host of “POETRY, PRAYER & PRACTICE” ... a weekly show on the New Thought Media Network. And, #2: some of her poetry is included in the book “BOUQUET OF STARS” – a collaborative anthology with mystic poet Chelan [shill-ANNE] Harkin and 12 other poets. Currently affiliated with Centers for Spiritual Living, Dr. Tracy is a Licensed Practitioner and her biggest focus is guiding people in the practical and consistent application of spiritual principle in daily life.

Hagar's Heart of Arlington
Needs Your Help
Hagar's Heart supports survivors in domestic violence crisis and inspires them to identify how they are seen, and that they worthy and loved. The organization prepares "I See You" boxes that they give to people who need this type of inspiration. Hagar's Heart is in desperate need of the supplies for the boxes. Dance Fitness Class
Tuesdays and Thursdays
10am–11am, in GLC
Come experience the joy of movement, the perfect elixir for the body, mind and brain! Tana Monaco will be leading this dance exercise class with a variety of music including Latin, contemporary and oldies. She draws from her dancing avocation that includes 10+ years of teaching experience in aerobic dancing, Zumba and group fitness. She is a certified Zumba and Group Fitness Instructor.

In preparation for the fall and winter respiratory virus season 2023, you can now order another round of free COVID-19 tests.

Anne, offers spiritual counseling to individuals seeking a deeper under-standing of themselves and their divine power within to solve life's challenges. Spiritual counseling can help if there is a need for inspiration, crisis support, or healing in any area of your life. Prayer and meditation are an integral part of Unity's spiritual principles, and an essential practice in realizing the answers we seek. We believe in the transformative power of affirmative prayer. You are a unique expression of God. Spiritual counseling will remind you of that!
